I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of David's death through his instructing solicitors in the arbitration , David was one of the people I was hoping to renew direct contact with (rather that seeing him on the screen ) when this pandemic had past , that loss will be felt by many throughout London's legal community . I do not need to enumerate David's human qualities which were many , and though a fine lawyer it is for those he will be remembered . Robert Stevenson
