Very saddened to hear of David's passing. David was a pleasure to work with over the years - initially at Carillion where we had a fantastic success with the Felix case on economic duress and then at Laing O'Rourke and NG Bailey. David had such a zest for life and will be very much missed by fellow lawyers and clients alike.
